office and put them away with other miscellaneous papers to be filed as usual. kisc. papers in the Registry are not sorted out in the Registry some time for months. On the 30th. of June last when I was preparing myself for the Registrar to check my work in the afternoon of that day I sorted out all the isc. payers to be fil- -ed and amongst theu were acknowledgments and receipts from India in the following cases:-

Amir Khan, deceased.

liahomed Ji, deceased.

Wedawa Singa, deceased

andanother matter the name of which I cannot remember and the two receipts issued by Mohamed Ackber on the 1th. of ipril, 1913, in re Gahnaya Singh, deceased. I do not remember if they were initial- -led by Mohamed Ackber or not. I found the files in re Air Khan, deceased, and Mohamed Ji, deceased, and filed the acknowledgments and receipts concerning these two matters. I took Mohamed Ackber round and showed him the several cupboards where all probate files were kept and told him where to look for the files in re Wadawa Singh, deceased, the other matter that I do not remember, and Gahnaya Singh, deceased. I told him that I could not find the files in these matters to file these papers I showed them to him

and told him how to get the papers filled when he would find the files. I put back in his presence the papers in these three matters in the pigeon-hole marked "Misc. Papers to be filed". He said "All right, 1,11 do it". I submit "where there is a will there is

a way". People generally commit crimes by doing harm to others. If I had not been stopped from cross-examining: Khawas Kian on the question of enuity I could have shom that that man not only would conspire with others to ruin me but if he could get a

chance of sucking my blood he would do it at the risk of his life.

He had the courage to any when I asked him that he had no enmity with me. I could prove that we belong to the same village (This
